Dana V Stone stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our fine jewelry. Jewelry purchased from Dana V Stone is covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, beginning on the date of delivery.
If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact Dana V Stone so the item may be evaluated. If, following inspection, the issue is determined to be the result of a covered manufacturing defect, Dana V Stone may, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected item or component at no charge.
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, worn or bent prongs, metal wear, stretching, discoloration, or other changes resulting from regular use. It also does not cover accidental damage, impact, improper use or care, loss, theft, loss of a center stone, or damage resulting from alterations, resizing, repairs, or other work performed by a jeweler or service provider not authorized by Dana V Stone.
The loss of a small accent or side stone may be covered when inspection determines that the loss resulted from a manufacturing defect. Stone loss resulting from normal wear, impact, damage, or improper care is not covered.
Warranty coverage is determined following inspection of the jewelry. Proof of purchase may be required. Shipping costs associated with warranty evaluation or service will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
