All jewelry is subject to availability. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, all diamonds offered by Dana V Stone are lab-grown diamonds.
For jewelry containing more than one diamond, stated carat weights refer to the combined total carat weight of all diamonds in the piece, unless otherwise specified.
Jewelry will be provided according to the diamond specifications, total carat weight, metal type and color, setting style, quantity, and other options selected or agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Individual diamonds may vary slightly in measurements and visual characteristics. Diamonds used together in a single piece or pair are carefully selected for quality and a well-matched appearance.
When stated in the product description, quote, or purchase agreement, lab-grown diamonds are accompanied by an IGI certificate and have a unique laser inscription. The laser-inscribed identification number corresponds with the identification number shown on the accompanying IGI certificate.

Shipping
Complimentary insured shipping is included within the United States unless otherwise stated.
Orders generally ship within one week. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, customization, production requirements, and other circumstances. A signature may be required upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Returns are subject to a $50 insured return-shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund. Please contact Dana V Stone before returning an item so that an insured return-shipping label can be provided.
When IGI certificates are provided with a purchase, all original certificates must be returned with the jewelry. The identification numbers on the certificates must match the laser inscriptions on the returned diamonds.
Failure to return the original IGI certificates will result in a $100 deduction from the refund.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned jewelry and all accompanying documentation have been received, verified, and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or there is another issue with your order, please contact Dana V Stone promptly so the matter can be addressed.
Quotes & Custom Orders
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all price quotes are valid for five calendar days from the date issued.
Due to fluctuations in the prices of gold, diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, gemstones, and other materials, pricing may change after a quote expires. Any updated pricing will be provided for approval before an order is placed.
