We want you to be pleased with your Dana V Stone jewelry purchase. If you would like to request a return, please review the following policy.
Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Returns are subject to a $50 insured return-shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund. Please contact Dana V Stone before returning an item so that an insured return-shipping label can be provided.
When IGI certificates are provided with a purchase, all original certificates must be returned with the jewelry. The identification numbers on the certificates must match the laser inscriptions on the returned diamonds.
Failure to return the original IGI certificates will result in a $100 deduction from the refund.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned jewelry and all accompanying documentation have been received, verified, and inspected.
Custom, personalized, altered, engraved, resized, and specially ordered jewelry is final sale and is not eligible for return or refund.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or there is another issue with your order, please contact Dana V Stone promptly so the matter can be addressed.
